In adcenter Desktop 7.3 , there is a new feature last modified date column. How I can get this attribute for entities like ad and keywords with API? Please mention the APIs and operations or data objects.

广告系列实体不包含上次修改时间戳。唯一可以做的是客户管理实体。

Campaign entities do not contain a last modified time stamp. The only entities that do, are the customer management entities.
