We are required to add line items to an exsisting Order in CS 2007 using the BizTalk 2006 Commerce Server Orders adapter.

 

Would i be right in using the PurchaseOrder.xsd adding in the new line items and then updating this through the Orders Adapter with an End Point Message Type of  'Save Purchase Order'?

 

Also will CS 2007 re-calculate the Order Total or will i need to do this in the PurchaseOrder.xsd?

Hi,

 

  I think you have first to use "CommerceServerOrdersQuery" message to get your order message, then based on that message you can update it’s values and then you can use  "CommerceServerOrdersSavePurchaseOrder" to update your order.
