I am trying to create an OS image for CE 6.0 for a human-machine-interface device (x86) to run a SCADA software program.  The SCADA program requires these files ATLCE400.dll, MFCCE400.dll and OLECE400.dll.  Where can I find these files to download?  I also need the registry management programs like regsvrce, regsave and regeditce.  None of these files were included with the Windows CE 6.0 install.  The SCADA software vender just says they are all available from Microsoft.  Thanks.
