Hi,
i''m using crystal reports to print barcode labels on Zebra TLP printer, i have adjusted the size of the barcode on the report and the size of the zebra page from zebra settings, the barcode prints fine, but the printer always brings out another empty label which causes wasting in labels, can any one tell how can i make it print only one lable every time????

sorry for the delay
this problem was fixed by adjusting the page and the barcode label size
try to make them as small as possible, also make all page margins = 0

This problem occurred with me too, finally I found out what seems to be the problem. In printing preferences open Options Tab and make sure that the size width and height matches the size of the labels you use with zebra printer, since I am using zebra LP 2824 they were 1.5 inch by 1 inch respectively.
