I'm having the issue where known chit chat questions to Cortana (eg "Who's your daddy") returns only Bing searches.

There are a lot of Bing searches, especially with chit chat, but setting  appointments, notes, alarms, and directions are working as expected with Cortana.

I'm in the US (right next to MS, actually), and don't have any other regions/languages installed. I've tried connecting over both WiFi and LTE/4G. I just now turned WiFi off and tried it only over cellular. Again, the commands for turn wifi on, etc worked, but she didn't tell me who her daddy is. I've also tried soft resets and disabling, soft resetting, then re-enabling Cortana. No luck yet.
