As I understand it, one of the things about Action Center is that it is supposed to work seamlessly with existing apps, i.e. if you clear a notification in Action Center, the corresponding Live Tile is cleared as well. This does not work for me.

I have both Skype and Facebook Messenger pinned, and both live tiles continue to show notifications (and thus also the lockscreen icons), even though I have removed the notifications from Action Center. Built-in apps like the mail client work properly.
