I have a path problem on Fall Creators update and maybe not only there.
I have some pictures, which have hash character (#) in file name and these pictures are not shown in Image control. On previous windows version it has worked.

I have tested it on the device with OS build 14393 and 15063 with the corresponding project’s target version, the pictures can’t be shown on the page at running time even though they can be shown in the Image control in XAML designer. I can not see the image display if there is a (#) character in the file's name.

Moreover, when I try to insert a "#" into a picture name, the VS will warn "Please enter a valid name" and with more info as the following image. You should obey the rule when you name the image file.
