I am getting the following error when running the transformation web service example. I have tested the map in the solution as well as verifying the correct assembly. It looks like it finds the map ok, but errors out when executing the map.

I had the same problem. It was solved when I emptied the TransferLocation and created a send Port in my biztalk application. May be this hint wil help you.
