As I understand, for unbound recipe to appear in a context menu, a TargetCondition is needed. Can anybody tell me WHERE should I specify this target condition. I searched all over the Internet, but nobody tells WHERE or HOW to specify. Can anybody give me a CONCRETE example, which can be REALLY SIMPLE, just to understand where and how to specify TargetCondition, that Recipe Framework checks to include recipe in context menu???

Any answers would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

You could create a default GAT Guidance Package and take a look at the references implementation and how thay are used in the Guidance Package config. For example:

                        ReferenceType="GuidancePackage6.References.AnyElementReference, GuidancePackage6" />
