I have a Lumia 1520 and noticed that when turning the wallet PIN off I was not prompted to enter my pin. The phone successfully opened the wallet without asking for my PIN. I then went to turn the wallet PIN on and it asked me to create a NEW pin. It appears that this issue could lead to pin bypassing.

This is how it is supposed to work. I can't see a problem with it. If the Wallet PIN is turned off, you should not be asked for a PIN.
