It appears Cortana doesn't learn or look at some system settings. The weather reports she gives me are non-metric (Fahrenheit), even if I ask her to give them to me in metric it only updates that once and doesn't remember.

Cortana also shows time in 12-hour clock, even though the phone is 24-hour. This makes it hard to glance and see a time, because they all appear in the morning at a glance.

Also as a note about reminders, I noticed that Quiet Hours also seems to block reminders. After you turn off Quiet Hours they all pop up, sort of annoying.
