You really cannot use the Calendar control for what you are asking.  The calendar control does not allow templating for each item.  If you simply add a calendar control , right click it and select Edit Template / Edit a copy, you will see what you have access to, not much.

For all the changes to the calendar that you show you will need to create your own usercontrol with all the elements you show.
