Hello everyone! I am new to development and I have certain issues I am not sure about.

I want to develop a Windows Form Application (C#) that's connected to a database and I want to install it later on other PCs. I have the following questions in mind:

1- If i created the database on SSMS that's on my PC and connected to it through the app, will the app work on other PCs after installing it? I.e. will it be able to connect to the same database and access the data successfully?

2- The database will have confidential info. How can I make it totally secure?

3- I want to give specific people access to the database so I want some kind of authentication and authorization. How can I implement that?

4- Is there a certain lifetime for the database that's stored on SQL Server? Or the app will always be able to access it? (The app i'm developing will be used for several years)
