There are no built in or supported extensibility points in the product for this purpose. However, in the completely unsupported, subject to change without notice category, you could use the data contained within the Sketch.Flow file. This file contains the data about the project. This will not however contain any screenshots like you get with Export to Word. You would have to combine the two.
