i just want to send a message from .net application. i have tried couple of methods from blogs but not working properly.for some they have a restriction in send message to specific network providers like airtel etc.

my requirement is i want to send a message to all the mobile users across the world.is it possible with any open source or should we buy any sms gateway as such.please let me know how to do .

can somebody tell me how the websites like 160by2 and way2sms is working what technologies they are using to achieve that.

You need to get SMS service for trail or paid one.
Then you can get api url of it.
And you can send SMS via using api.
