I have a Provider Hosted App which defines a custom content - types / columns / List.

I'm able to access that custom list with its custom content - type through the http://<appurl>/Lists/AgendaList/AllItems.aspx link. And I can edit / add / delete items in there.

But is there any way that I can show this custom list in my Sharepoint Environment ?

An AppPart is at its heart an iFrame to a page in your host (provider site/app web). You simply need to define the part pointing to your list view page for a basic solution.
