For some reason, when I search in Visual Studio, the results window isn't cleared, so I get the new results following any previous results on that window. Very annoying (I guess that was changed by mistake, and I have no idea how to fix that).

If you use the full size Find and Replace dialog (Ctrl+Shift+F), expand the Result option section, and uncheck Append results.
