All,
I am trying to invoke the ESB.ExceptionHandlingServices webservice from BizTalk and am getting thr following error.
"The Messaging Engine failed to register the adapter for "SOAP" for the receive location "/ESB.ExceptionHandlingServices/ExceptionHandling.asmx". Please verify that the receive location exists, and that the isolated adapter runs under an account that has access to the BizTalk databases."

I have granted every possible rights to the WS and can browse the service fine.
I have created a small BT application which creates the FaultMsg and trys to call the WS passing the FaultMsg and InputMsg.

I have also configured the ESB Management console succesfully.

Can anyone help me fix this issue.

Is the SOAP port running under the BizTalk isolated host? It sounds like it might be running under the default host or a different host.
