I am using Project Server 2010.

I know you can show all tasks per resource by clicking on 'my tasks'. What if a team or group leader would like to show all the tasks for all the resources in her team or group and update the % complete?

Hi,

a Team Lead can use the Resource Assignment Views from Resource Center, how ever those will not allow to change data. This would be possible by accessing the 'My Tasks' as delegate or opening the project plan via Project or Project Web App.
