Is it possible to use a memory stream as input source instead of a file or device?
It's a live audio stream (text to speech) wich is generated in my program.

Good morning.

I'm afraid the short answer is no.  Via the SDK that scenario is not supported. If you wrote a DShow filter that took siad stream as it's input then exposed the A/V on the coreponding pins, I suspect, that would be a solution but that's not a casual undertaking.
