The servicing model for .NET Native binaries is one of the items we're still exploring. You're correct in noting that in this developer preview, if a deployed application is affected by a bug in one of its libraries, then that application would need to recompile in order to get a fix.  One interesting side-note is that this is actually not too terribly different from the situation in the Windows Store and Windows Phone Store today if there was a bug in a 3rd party library that your application depends upon.   Of course, the .NET Framework is serviced outside application code today - which has both pluses and minuses.
