Dear Experts,

I'm not able to deploy an assembly to my production server (Biztalk 2006 R2).  A previous version of that assembly is already in production.
Deploy method: "Administrations Consol" -> Recourses -> Add -> Choose the assambly (flags "add to gac" & "overwrite" checked).
Error:
Failed to load Group [MESDB01:PRDBTS_BizTalkMgmtDb] data providers.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows contain values violating non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraints. (System.Data)

Afterwards, I'm not able to view anything in de administration console, not until I restart the "Distributed Transaction Coordinator" services.

The same deployment procedure of the same assembly works perfect on the Test server.  The biztalk databases of the Test & Production server are hosted on the same database server...

Anyone else had this annoying problem?  I can't deploy anything right now...

It seems like your btsmmc.msc got screwed up. Try to repair your BizTalk through Add/Remove programs.
