I am interested in setting up AppFabric Caching in High Availability mode to store Session State.  Is there a general guideline for how much RAM one would need per Site?  Our shared farm has 65 sites and is growing to about 250 sites in the next few years.  I was going to setup 2 Servers with 16GB Each, but I work for a large corporation that will need me to have some justification for that number.
