I have a report with contains runnigtotals. When I see the report with the reportViewer, depending on the predetermined printer I choose in windows settings the runnigtotals appear or not.
Any suggestion?

I'm assuming that you are using one of Crystal's built-in functions, such as RunningTotal or Sum, which can sometimes behave in undefined ways if there is something wrong with the setup.  Can you simulate the totaling by creating some variables?  In other words, you will have to do manually what the function does automagically.  Then you can see if there is anything that might be interfering with the built-in function.
