I have an OFT file that i recently created in Outlook 2013, but I would like to have it query a database to populate fields within the template based on a input parameter prompted at time of opening.

Users select toolbar marco (or other option) to open template (oft file)

宏提示用户输入ID（数据库查询中使用的信息）进行数据检索

Macro prompts user for ID (information used in database query) for data retrieval

Data is populated in set fields (similar to mailmerge)

Users can add additional data to email such as contacts, dates, etc and adjust data returned from database query if needed (should not be, but just in case)
