We implement R2 AS2/EDI solution recenetly,but we want to monitor the status of AS2/EDI from remote PC.How should we do?

All of the information is logged in the BAM tables, so you should be able to monitor it from whereever via standard SQL Connectivity.

If you mean monitoring thru the admin console, you can simply install the admin console on the remote machine with a custom install of BizTalk and enabling DTC should not have a problem connecting to the Managment Database.
