I'm hoping someone here can help me. I finally convinced my PMO to install/set up TFS 2017 on premise. Our lead developer has used the product, but has not done any customization/work item tracking.

I am trying to figure out how to add a new field to the database. We have the need for a few new HTML fields, and I cannot find instructions anywhere online. Everything I've found thus far only uses the Inheritance model, which is not what we have. Any help anyone can offer would be appreciated!
