I am having trouble moving documents with Status set to Active from the Work queue to the suspended queue. From the Group hub page if I right click on the active instances and select "Suspend Instances", I do get the "Bulk Operation Progress" window that shows 100% as the progress, but the count is 0 for succeeded and the actual count for Pending. Why are the documents in the pending state? Is it not possible to move the active documents to the suspended queue? Really appreciate any help on this matter.
