i have recently had my computer reset by a professional. I am now trying to reinstall Itunes but it won't work. itunes tech support says it's because I do not have "windows installer package" in my Control panel / programs. I do have Windows essential 2011 listed in my programs. I was told to go to microsoft website and download the windows installer package. I can not find this option. Can someone please send me a link of where i can download it.
