Hello,
I understand that in order to use CR in my ASP.NET 2.0 I have to install some CR stuff on the production web server. I should have two choices:

 - create a deployment project for the whole web application and use the merge modules to include CR dependencies

  OR

 - run a specific Crystal Report .msi package on the web server.

Have you checked the dependancies of the project and included the Crystal Reports files?

Also check in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\SDK\v2.0\BootStrapper\Packages\CrystalReports

I'm not 100% sure about WebForms - but WinForms you need this file for them. Also if you are planning on creating SortFields you will need to purchase Crystal Reports Server - They changed the whole thing aorund now and you cant do any of the fun things without a Crystal Reports Server
