Thank you for posting here.

Did you create the report in visual studio? If so, you just need to specify the TargetDataSourceFolder and TargetReportFolder for the report folder and click deploy, then the report file .rdl and source file .rds will be deployed to the TFS report server automatically. For detailed information, you could refer to the following link:

Or you could upload the report file .rdl and create the datasource in report server manually:

1.  Create the datasource for the report

2. Upload the report to TFS:

3. Right click the report>>Manage>>Data Sources, select the datasource you created.

4. Test if you could open the report.
