I have 3 Panels on a windows form using C#. Panel1 250wide x 1800height is on the left of the Form. Panel2 Horizontal 11000wide x 130height on the top of form. Panel3 is under panel2 and is 11000wide by 1800height. I am needing when scrolling Panel3 Horizontally I need panel1 to scroll with panel3. I am needing when scrolling Panel3 Vertically I need panel1 to scroll with panel3.
