I want Write this Formula in MS Project (projdatediff([Current Date],[Start Date],[Task Calendar]) for each tasks in form of  query in Project server 2010 Database. how can I do that?

you wont be able to utilise the reporting DB to do this querie. That is because the Task Calendar information is not stored in the reporting db.
