Is it possible to customise the default kanban columns (user stories backlog) from New, Active, Resolved, Closed to say New Active, Build, Test, Resolved, Closed?

We would like to standardise this across our scrum teams to ensure consistency. You can of course edit the states that a user story can be but this isn't all that we need - we would lke the kanban board to reflect these additional states/handover points and update the user story state as it moves across the board.

While it is true that each team can edit the columns in the kanban board themselves, we would prefer it if they didn't need to - every user story kandban board had the extra columns by default and were all spelt the same way ;-)
