Hi, we are on the Bizspark program.  We have 5 visual studio subscriptions.  I would like to transfer some of the subscriptions to different accounts.  After I clicked the "Reassign" link and enter the new accounts, it just stuck in the "Processing" status and nothing happens.  The new account users never got any emails.  Could you please help?

Thank you for the question flyhigher. You should be able to open a billing support ticket for free. They will have better insight into what is the current state of your subscription and how to get them to where you want, if possible. Discussions about subscription management is not advised due to the level of details that we would need to understand the issue.

1. Navigate to portal.azure.com

2. Select 'Help + support'

3. Open a support case.
