I am wondering if it is possible to customize the outlook 2016 ribbon to add under the INSERT function - a command to open a particular folder location. I see where many commands can be added into the Outlook  / Office Ribbon. But I do not see anywhere to either add a command icon to program this to open a specific folder location either on a local pc or document located on a shared network drive.

Currently we are having to browse to find files to attach to an email, however, a simple ribbon command (single click) would be nice.
