Alright we just upgraded from VS2003 to VS2005 and from Windows Server 2003 32 to 64 bit.

We previously were referencing the 9.2.33.00 version DLLs of CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine, CrystalDecisions.Shared, CrystalDecisions.Web in a VB.NET/ASP.NET environment.  When we upgraded to VS2005, the reports worked fine, except if the report had a subreport with a linked parameter.

We decided to rollback the Crystal Reports to version 9.2, which we knew could handle the linked parameters.  The rollback was successful for VS2005 in 32-bit but when we moved it over to the Windows Server 2003 64-bit server it will not build, it can't load the Crystal 9.2.33.00 assemblies.

Is this a known issue?  Crystal 9 won't work on 64-bit?  Is there something I am missing here?

Not missing anything.  Crystal 9.2 cameout much earlier than the 64-bit processors and was not designed to run on them.  It is also not a supported environment by Crystal/Business Objects.
