Is there a any possible way to edit the face points which we have detected using kinect ,and re contract the face using those edited points.

I got the wire model now I need to fine out what is the location of this face points and I need to edit then to build a modified face .(I can not to put the picture because my account is not verify yet)

The 3D face mesh has certain points identified, but moving them would be a matter of editing the values. You cannot change them before it is returned to you. Have a look at this blog post to get more info on the face/shape points:
