I have some videos that were not encoded by me that when played through my 360 I can get rid of the black bars by switching to zoom 3.  I have encoded several videos using the same input properties and same output specs, but when played back zoom 3 does not remove the black bars.  I've tried using the Stretch Resize Mode to no avail, so my my question is does anyone know how to encode a file for 360 playback using settings that will remove the black bars with zoom 3?
