You can simply create a Print button which will trigger the creation of a second page, modified according to the dynamic parameters you require. Once the second page is created you automatically trigger the print event using Javascript.

If you absolutely need to stay on the same page, it is a mess (and best to avoid if possible!), since you will have to alter the page itself and then send to printing, the reason is that you cannot alter only the stream that goes to the printer!
and then of course you will have to alter the page back if the user has to keep working with the original form of it.
