我写了一篇Crystal Report的报告（在vb.net中）然后我们为比萨饼店买了Label Printer。在安装驱动程序之前根据其用户手册确定COM端口。但我不知道为什么它是虚拟端口。当我安装它的驱动程序并想在Crystal Report中使用它时，没有打印机是已知的。

请你帮我解决一下这个问题，产品名称是AVASYS （ARP-3250）

Hi I wrote a report by Crystal Report(in vb.net)then we got Label Printer for a pizza shop.according to its user manual before installing the driver,COM port is determine.but I dont know why it is virtual port.when I install its driver and wanna use it in Crystal Report no printer is known.
Would you please help me what to do with it,by the way the product name is AVASYS(ARP-3250)

Goto control panel and check for hardware''s ie; Printer is installed correctly and showing up and visible in it.
