Hi,

One hour ago I clicked on the link "Project Server Application" in the Service Applications page (PWA 2010) to look at my PWA instances.

Now I want to go back to this page but I don't find the "Project Server Application" link anymore!

Probably I did something wrong. How can I retreive this application link in :

Central Admin > Application Management > Manage Service Aplications > Project Server Application.

Hi Wlid1966,

can you check the following status of your system please?

1. Does your PWA instance still work correctly?
2. Are you logged onto the correct machine/farm?
3. Are you logged on as with farm administrator permissions?
4. Are there any other service applications missing from the list?
5. Under Central Admin > Manage Services on Server, is the Project Server Service active?
6. In an RDP session on the machine, do the Microsoft Project Server 2010 Events/Queue Services exist? Are they running?
7. Can you run Get-SPServiceApplication from SharePoint PowerShell to see if the correct Service Applications exist?
   If i doesn't, I presume that your service application may have been deleted.
8. Go to Central Admin > Application Management > Service Application Proxy Connections (not sure of the exact name) to see a list of your web applications and the associated service application proxies. The default list (or the list for your SharePoint web application) should contain a Project Server Service Application Proxy.
9. Check windows event logs, check if changes are being made to the PWA databases.

You may also find more suspicious settings if you go through those steps.

If the service application has been deleted and the PWA site does not work any more then you most likely need to restore your PWA site/instance from a backup.
