Hi,

Several customers have reported problems with strange colours appearing on there graphical screen when selecting elements after Windows update KB3177725.

Investigation showed the problem is in the function CDC::DrawDragRect which is used to show a selection rectangle.

This function also combines the colours of the whole graphical screen with the given line colour.
