I am facing a very strange problem while I make any of the changes in my web service and update that web reference in my one of class library project.

I don't know why it was coming most of time? when i close my solution and again start it, it works without any problem. I wondered why it requires to open up solution again.

FYI, My pc is also core 2 duo with 2 GB RAM.

This is the correct forum.

Before using Upgrade Web Reference, you should make sure that your service is running - whether or not it is in the same solution. Right click the .asmx file in the Solution Explorer and choose "View in Browser". Once it is started in the browser, then use Update Web Reference.
