Is there any possibility to add a checklist into a Product backlog item? I need to mention the aceptance criteria as a checklist. So whenever an acceptance criteria is met, the developer can tick it. So i can track the coverage of the acceptance criteria.

I'm not sure which TFS you are using but in most recent version TFS 2017 you have option Check Box type controls to use.
