我使用向导从网上下载了我的基本joomla网站。

trying to publish to a joomla web site using Expression web 4. 

I down loaded my basic joomla site from the web using the wizard. 

Then with-out changing any file I tried to publish it back to my  joomla site on web.  I get " ! Conflict php.index " if I go-a-head and publish anyway the files upload but the we site gets altered in that the template gets removed and there is just a list of elements on a page. 

I get this problem of " ! Conflict php.index " always if I change a file or not.

Joomla isn't a regular website.  It's a content management system, where the content you see is stored in a database.  Edit the site through the Joomla admin area.
