Hi,

We're all on VS 2015 Enterprise at my office with TFS connected in the cloud.   We want to start enforcing some basic quality tests on check-ins as we will be inviting some 3rd party developers to work on some integrations.  essentially we are going to fork these guys their own branch and set up CI to deploy to a QA environment for themselves. 

part of this is i want to implement some form of basic code quality testing with check-ins.  I looked at FX Cop but their team blog seems to have stopped in 2012 -  is FXCop still the industry standard for code evaluation tools that can integrate with Visual Studio and TFS?  if not i'd love to hear from the rest of you what are the best tools.
