I have been wrapping my mind around oData feed within project online. I have seen a video by Jan Kalis (project business intelligence infrastructure) where he reviews a datafeed similar to:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes" ?> - <error xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/ado/2007/08/dataservices/metadata"> <code /> <message xml:lang="nl-NL">Resource not found for the segment 'resources'.</message> </error>

And when I try to add it to the Excel 2013 (or the powerpivot datamodel) it returns this error:

The content of the data feed is not valid for an Atom feed.

I'm without a clue what to do...

Oke,

So I think I found my issue with the above statement... The ATOM feed is case sensitive! so the "resources" resource, need to be "Resources".

This resulted in a nice oData feed in my Excel 2013 powerview :-)
