Hello,

We are using TFS 2015 vNext build feature since a month and were using TFS 2013 since last few years. During software development we hit few phases where we need to control the queue as the team size is pretty huge.

Past : TFS 2013.4

We were using TFS 2013 Trigger Gated check-in merge and build upto number of submissions feature to allow bulk changes to go into once single gated build and as well control build by pausing the Gated build itself and allow only what is required for that phase.

Present : TFS 2015.3

As similar options are not available in the vNext build features. How can we manage such scenario?

Do you have plan to enable all the features of TFS 2013 in TFS / vNext build features ?

Thank you for posting here.

VNext Build don’t have an option similar to merge and build up to number of submissions in xaml build. VNext Build only have a Batch changes checkbox in the Continuous integration (CI) to reduce the number of builds.
