I teach Microsoft in a public school in North Carolina.  I created a login years ago to access the site.  I found it totally un-user-friendly so I never went back.  Now I want to access it again to get some tools to prepare for the Microsoft Expert Word and Excel exams and I can't get in.  Can you help me please?  My email is zzz@xxx    That is what I used back then and what I still use.

I suppose that
  firstly you should not write your email address in your post,
  secondly a login would require Microsoft Account (such as [e-mail], [e-mail], etc), instead of your usual email address.
